The energy in the casino was wild, and I took advantage of the live entertainment for some relaxation after an intense gaming session. I did have to wait a bit to check-in, but overall, I’ll definitely be back for more fun! 🎰

I was impressed by the spacious layout and clean decor of the hotel, with accessible areas that made it easy for seniors. The friendly staff were always ready to assist, which really made my stay enjoyable.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be helpful.

The Deluxe King Room I booked had an incredibly soft bed that made sleeping a dream. I appreciated how spacious the room felt. Cleanliness stood out. everything looked fresh and well-maintained. Access to the elevators required a room key, which made me feel secure. The river view was lovely, though a building obscured part of it. On the downside, the bathroom had mold in the grout, which was off-putting. The shower faucets sprayed water in all directions. it felt like a DIY disaster. Staff interactions varied. some were helpful while others seemed indifferent when I requested coffee in the morning. Plus, I wasn’t thrilled about the dining options during my stay. Limited choices seemed lacking for a casino venue. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but some attention to detail is much needed.

Just a good pick for a couple of nights in Metropolis with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Make sure to check out Bridges for unique bites, but don’t hesitate to voice any concerns you might have.

nice rooms and great location!
I really liked the view from my room – river was beautiful! Super easy access to the casino made things fun. The staff was friendly and the cafe had a tasty lite dinner. Just a heads up, they charge $4.50 for sparkling water while you're playing slots. Overall, a solid stay but be careful about those drink prices.

comfortable stay but slow dining service
The room was very cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff provided exceptional service, always greeting us with a smile, which made us feel welcomed.
The dining options took too long, causing some frustration.

missingWrote a review on 16 Aughidden resort fee
The resort fee felt a bit sneaky, especially since there aren’t many amenities to justify it, like a swimming pool. The carpets in the room could use a good cleaning or full replacement. it was clear they haven’t seen a vacuum in a while. Had a bit of a hassle with my key card not working initially, which meant I had to trek back downstairs for a fix. Parking wasn’t the most convenient either. had to walk a good block and a half to get to the entrance. Overall, some things not up to par for a stay of this price point.

The deluxe king room offered a comfortable and spacious layout, making it a relaxing retreat after a night in the energetic casino. The deep tub was a lovely feature, perfect for unwinding. However, issues like the inadequate thermostat and constant noise from slamming doors disrupted an otherwise enjoyable experience. Also, the surprise charge for a service dog added frustration to the visit, detracting from the overall satisfaction.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences
Enjoyed the attentive staff who made check-in smooth. The riverside view was lovely, but the room felt dated with some cleanliness issues. Try dining at the on-site restaurant. the variety was enjoyable, making it a nice option after a long day. Just be prepared for some quirks!

Solo traveler with strong opinions
The room was very clean and comfortable, I loved that the air conditioning wasn’t noisy like at some places. The friendly staff helped me right away with my maintenance request, no waiting around there.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the comfort I got.
